The book was a great read,.. very interesting and spot on regarding evaluation of personal perspectives and your ability to lead and manage others. I am a VP Sales of a global company and have recommended this book to others on my management team. This is a book about personal responsibility, leadership and service to others as a senior manager and the impact we could have and should have on others we interact with. Sports comparisons are appropriate and well positioned to show examples of responsibility and results gained from caring for others in a meaningful way.
