This book is intended to disseminate the legacy of Laurie Baker towards building a sustainable system of living with green habitat as its core. While many people may have heard about Laurie Baker, not many are aare of what exactly his legacy is in contribution to an environment-friendly and cost-effective architecture and building construction. From an all India perspective we feel that it is all the more imprtant to disseminate the lagacy of Laurie Baker throughout the country. This book contains pictorial representation along with discription of the project in Engligh and Malayalam, of Larue Baker's work in Kerala.
